We're working towards making a kinder terminal that all customers can feel at ease using based on the principles of Universal Design.
For customers requiring special assistance, please ask at the nearest Information Counter or speak to the nearest concierge.

Rental wheelchairs
Q02I would like to rent a wheelchair at the airport. Where can I find out how to make a reservation?
If you are departing from Haneda Airport, the Airport Concierge can lend you a wheelchair and provide Special assistance. If you contact Information Counter or the General Information Desk in advance, we can bring a wheelchair to your desired location within the airport.

Contact your airline to ask for special assistance with getting from inside the cabin to baggage claim and/or the station upon on your arrival at Haneda Airport.
All airlines offer special assistance services to meet the needs of passengers. Contact the airline you are flying with for details.

Q03Can I freely use the wheelchairs available for rental in the library?
Yes, you can use the wheelchairs. Please help yourself.
Q04What is the range of use for rental wheelchairs? Can I use them to Parking or within the train station?
If you are using a wheelchair for departure, you can bring it on board the aircraft.
Upon arrival, you can use the service from the aircraft to Baggage claim, terminal station, or Parking.
Unfortunately, this service is not available within terminal stations. If you wish to use this service, please consult with railway company staff.
About Special assistance
Q05What is the scope of Special assistance?
At the time of departure, assistance will be provided from your preferred location in the terminal, such as the train station, bus/taxi stands, or parking areas, to the airline counter. Upon arrival, assistance will be available from the arrival lobby to your desired locations within the terminal, including the train station, bus/taxi stands, and parking areas.
Special Assistance Reservation
If you require assistance from the check-in counter to the aircraft, or from the aircraft to the arrivals exit, please contact your airline.
