In P5 parking, it is not possible to prepaid for the first 30 minutes after entry.

Reservations require a reservation fee of 1,000 yen for lots P2 - P4 and 1,400 yen for lot P5.
The fee for large size cars will be double the fee for standard size cars.
The parking fee for a private room is twice the parking fee for a general car. In addition, a separate room reservation fee of 2,000 yen for P4 and 2,800 yen for P5 are required.

Regarding the Invoice System in the Parking

In this parking, the "parking ticket" serves as a "receipt" in accordance with the "eligible simplified invoice." Please note that credit card and electronic money usage details (receipts) are not considered receipts.

Please use public transportation such as trains and buses to get to Haneda Airport.

Discounts for those with disabilities

For those using lot P1-P4

When reporting at time of entrance

At the parking lot entrance, press the "Call Staff" button or the "Assistance for Handicapped Persons" button (P1/P4 only), and present your Physical Disability Certificate or other documents eligible for discounts to the camera. A parking ticket for handicapped persons will be issued. When leaving the parking lot, your fee will be adjusted at a discount rate (half the price of the normal fees) at any ticket adjustment machine (including prior ticket adjustment machines).

Due to system-related restrictions, we cannot issue disabled parking tickets when the parking lot is full. In such cases, please apply for disabled parking tickets when exiting the parking lot.

When reporting at time of exit: Do not use the prepay machine. Instead, please press the "Call Staff" button at the exit on the 1st floor of the parking lot, and present your Physical Disability Certificate or other documents eligible for discounts to the attendant staff.

For those using lot P5

Press the “Disabled Persons” button found at the entrance of the parking lot to communicate with the parking lot staff. When you present your Physical Disability Certificate or other documents eligible for discounts to the intercom, you will be guided to handicapped spaces, and you will receive a discount parking ticket. When exiting the parking lot, you will receive a discount (half of the regular rate), which will be reflected on the payment and pre-payment machines.

Customers who have entered and received general parking tickets are also eligible for discounts for disabled parking. Please present your general parking ticket along with your Physical Disability Certificate (and any other applicable documents) at the Information Counters on the 2nd or 3rd floors of Terminal 3 prior to paying to receive a disabled parking discount.

Parking Reservations

At P2-P5, reservations can be made in advance.

Book for a car wash and polishing service when you book a spot at P4 Parking or P5 Parking. A professional staff will carefully finish your precious car while you are out on a business trip. Use your time out to refresh your car.

Hand Wash Car	According to the shape of the car, we will carefully wash every corner. We will also wash small parts such as wheels well.
Body Coating	Protects painted surfaces and suppresses dirt adsorption for a long-term. Carefully removes deposits such as iron powder and car wash scratches, and achieves outstanding brightness.
Interior Laundry	Removes dirt thoroughly using high-temperature steam. Use the best tools for various materials such as cloth and leather to clean the interior.
Interior Coating	To prevent dirt and odor absorbed into the room, the coating is done after cleaning. Keep the room comfortable for as long as possible.
Wheel Coating	The wheel surface is coated with inorganic glass. Suppresses the adsorption of dirt and brake dust, making it easier to remove dirt by washing with water.
Glass Coating	Water-repellent coating is applied to the entire surface of the window glass. Ensures visibility during rainfall and makes it easier to remove dirt.

About Prior Ticket Adjustment Machines	These machines can be used when returning so that there is no need to present your parking ticket at a machine at the exit. Users of the prior ticket adjustment machines also receive a free stay of 15-20 minutes. There is no need to display your ticket inside your vehicle. Instead, please carry your ticket with you. Parking tickets within 30 minutes of entry cannot be prepaid.
About Judgment of Large Size Cars	A member of the parking staff will respond via intercom at the entrance for large size cars. Once your car is judged as being large, you will be guided to spaces for large cars and you will receive a large size car parking ticket.
About Motorcycles	Please use the dedicated entrances and exits for motorcycles. If you use the standard car entrances and exits, you will be charged at the standard car rate.
