Haneda Flat Rate Taxi

With the exception of some areas, you can use taxi routes between Haneda Airport, Tokyo proper, and Kanagawa Prefecture for a fixed fare.
Please contact each respective taxi company for more details.

Toll fees on top of the flat rate will apply for toll roads. (Flat rate taxis assume the use of the Shuto Expressway)
Standard metered rates are applied in some areas.
The flat rate is approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

At the Terminal 3 taxi stand, foreign travelers will be greeted with taxis that allow them to feel at ease when they travel in Tokyo or sightsee.
