Special waiting rooms are available for a fee to hold team-forming and closing ceremonies, gatherings, and other various pre-departure meetings for group tours.

Reservations can be made from 9:00 two months in advance to 17:00 three days in advance. To make a reservation, download the waiting room application form (PDF/Word) from the tab of each terminal, fill out the application form, and send it to the TIAT waiting room by email.
