This is a points service that can be accumulated and used when shopping at designated stores within Haneda Airport for users of Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or HanedaAirport).

The accumulated points can be used at participating stores within Haneda Airport, and 100 points can be exchanged for 100 yen when shopping.

Q02Please tell me the expiration date of HANEDA Points.

HANEDA Points have a validity period of 3 years and will expire at the end of the month 3 years (36 months) after the month of grant.
Points awarded within the same month will have the same expiration date.


You can check the expiration date (time of expiry) of HANEDA Points from your My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or Haneda Airport).
You can earn points just by downloading Haneda Airport Official App (by presenting your membership card barcode at stores), but please note that in order to use your accumulated points, you will need to register as a HANEDA member (which you can do immediately within the app).

Q03Please tell me the HANEDA Points allocation rate (return rate).

HANEDA Points are awarded at a rate of 2% of the purchase amount. For purchases of 500 yen or more (excluding tax), you will earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax), and you can use them in 100 yen increments, starting from 100 points.


Please note that HANEDA Points are not awarded for ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, or gift certificates.

Q04When will HANEDA Points be awarded?

As a general rule, HANEDA Points earned when shopping at participating stores will be reflected within the next day after payment.
If you use the retroactive application feature for HANEDA Points within the app, points will be awarded within seven days (excluding Sundays and holidays.


*For retroactive applications, the timing of grants will be irregular during long holidays such as Golden Week and the New Year holidays.

Q05How many HANEDA Points do I need to have to use?

At shops inside Haneda Airport, points can be used starting from 100P, with 100P = 100 yen.

Q06Are there any products for which HANEDA Points cannot be earned?

Ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, and gift certificates are not included.

Q07If I pay using HANEDA Points, will I get change?

If you pay with a combination of HANEDA Points and cash, you will receive change for the difference in the amount paid.

Q08Will points be awarded for purchases made with HANEDA Points?

Points will not be awarded for any amount used with HANEDA Points.
However, any remaining difference payments will be credited as normal.

How to use HANEDA Points

To start using the HANEDA Points Service, you will need to download Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or Haneda Airport).
To collect points, present the membership card barcode in the app at the store.


To use your accumulated points, you will need to register as a HANEDA member (which can be done quickly within the app).

Q02Can I exchange HANEDA Points for cash?

HANEDA Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
You can use your points to get a discount on your purchases by generating a QR code from your My Page in the app, or by telling a staff member at the store how many points you want to use.

Q03Can I transfer HANEDA Points to others or combine HANEDA Points held by other users?

Accumulated HANEDA Points can only be used by the person who accumulated them. Your HANEDA Points cannot be transferred to others.


HANEDA Points held by other people cannot be combined.
In addition, the same person cannot create multiple accounts and collect HANEDA Points at the same time. For details, please check the point terms of use.

Please note that if you are not registered as a HANEDA member, your previous point balance and history will not be carried over.

Membership information

Q01What happens to my points when I cancel my HANEDA membership?

When canceling a HANEDA membership, all information about that user will be deleted, so information regarding points will also be deleted.


In addition, since Haneda Airport, Haneda Navigator, the EC site, etc. are shared memberships, if you cancel your membership to either one, your membership information will be deleted from both.
