Basic information about HANEDA Points
Q01What is the HANEDA Points service?
This is a members-only rewards program available to users of the Haneda Airport app (HANEDA Navigator/HANEDA AIRPORT) and the official Haneda Airport online store, HANEDA Shopping.

Points earned can be used for purchases at participating stores inside Haneda Airport in increments of 100 points, equivalent to 100 yen.
*Please note that purchases made at the in-store dining areas (ticket vending machines) within "Haneda Sanchoku-kan" and "Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza," and at the KoKuMiN Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Gate Store inside "HANEDA-YA Gate 7" are not eligible for point accrual.

Points earned can be used starting from 1 point, with each point worth 1 yen.
Q02What is the point accrual rate for HANEDA Points?
HANEDA Points have a validity period of 3 years. They will expire at the end of the month 3 years (36 months) after the month of award. Points awarded within the same month will have the same validity period.
You can check the expiration date (expiry time) of HANEDA Points from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.
Q03Please tell me the HANEDA Points allocation rate (return rate).

HANEDA Points are earned at a rate of 2% of the purchase amount. Earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax) on purchases of 500 yen (excluding tax) or more.
You cannot earn HANEDA Points for ice packs, shipping fees, paid shopping bags, tobacco products, or gift certificates.

HANEDA Points are earned at a rate of 1% of the purchase amount (excluding tax and shipping), with any fractions rounded down. For example, if you make a purchase of 1,500 yen, you will earn 15 points.
Q04When are HANEDA Points awarded?

HANEDA Points earned from purchases at participating stores are generally awarded the day after the payment. If you use the retroactive application for HANEDA Points within the app, the points will be reflected on the day following the application.
[For HANEDA Shopping]
Points are awarded roughly two weeks after an order has been shipped.
Q05How many HANEDA Points do I need to earn before I can use them?

Once your balance reaches 100 points, you can use them at a rate of 100 points = 100 yen.

You can use it from 1 point, with 1 point = 1 yen.
Q06Are there any products for which HANEDA Points cannot be earned?

Cooling packs, shipping fees, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, and gift certificates are not eligible for HANEDA Points.

Q07If I pay using HANEDA Points, will I get change?
If you pay with a combination of HANEDA Points and cash, you will receive change for the difference in the amount paid.
Q08Will points be awarded for purchases made with HANEDA Points?
Points will not be awarded for any amount used with HANEDA Points.
However, any remaining difference payments will be credited as normal.
How to use HANEDA Points

To start using HANEDA Points Service, you will need to download Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) and register as a member (Japan Airport ID), or register as a member (Japan Airport ID) on HANEDA Shopping.

Q02Can I exchange HANEDA Points for cash?
HANEDA Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please tell the staff at the store that you would like to use your points. Show the barcode to the staff and tell them the number of points you would like to use.
Q03Can I transfer HANEDA Points to others or combine HANEDA Points held by other users?
Accumulated HANEDA Points can only be used by the person who accumulated them. Your HANEDA Points cannot be transferred to others.
HANEDA Points held by other people cannot be combined.
In addition, the same person cannot create multiple accounts and collect HANEDA Points at the same time. For details, please check the point terms of use.
Q04Can HANEDA Points be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or coupons?
In principle, it is possible to use it in combination with coupons. However, there may be cases where it cannot be used in combination due to campaigns, etc.
Q05Are there any products for which HANEDA Points cannot be used?

When shopping at stores that accept HANEDA Points, please present the membership card barcode in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT).
For purchases of 500 yen (excluding tax) or more, you will earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax) spent.

Post-application is a service available to those who have downloaded Haneda Airport Official App and registered as a HANEDA member (JapanAirportID).

Please select "Post-application" from "My Page" in the app.
Please enter the necessary information from your receipt (① store number on the receipt, ② purchase date, ③ register number, ④ total amount (including tax), ⑤ receipt transaction number).
If your application is approved, points will be awarded the next day or later.
*Post-applications can be made within 7 days, including the day of use.
*Can be used when shopping at participating stores.

Q02How can I check HANEDA Points I have used and their history?
You can check your HANEDA Points allocation and usage history from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.
Q03Will my points balance and history remain if I change my mobile phone model or uninstall the app?
If you are a registered HANEDA member, you can transfer HANEDA Points balance and various history by logging in again after changing your device or reinstalling Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT).
Please note that if you are not a registered HANEDA member, your previous point balance and history will not be carried over.
Membership information
Q01What happens to my points when I cancel my HANEDA membership?
When canceling a HANEDA membership, all information about that user will be deleted, so information regarding points will also be deleted.
In addition, since HANEDA AIRPORT, HANEDA Navigator, and the Haneda Airport e-commerce sites (HANEDA Shopping, Haneda Airport and Narita Airport Duty-Free Advance Reservation Sites) are all registered members, if you cancel your membership on one of them, your membership information will be deleted from both sites.

- Tap the "My Page" icon at the bottom of the app and register as a new member.
- After moving to the email address registration screen, please register an email address that you can use to receive emails.
- An email requesting authentication will be sent to the registered email address, so please tap the "Email Address Authentication" URL.
- The "Email address authentication completion screen" will be displayed, so tap the button to return to the app.
- You will be redirected to the "Customer Information Registration Screen", so please follow the instructions and enter your information.

- Please register by clicking the "Register as a new member" button under "First-time users" on the login page.
- After moving to the email address registration screen, please register an email address that you can use to receive emails.
