Autonomous Wheelchair (WHILL Autonomous Service)

An autonomous wheelchair that operates in the departure security area of each terminal.
This in-terminal transfer service is available to passengers boarding an aircraft.

Area of Operation
  • Terminal 1 Departure Gate Lounge
  • Terminal 2 Departure Gate Lounge (Domestic)
  • Terminal 3 Inside the departure area
  • Please check the destination signboard at the station for the service area.
Service Hours (All Year Round)
  • Terminal 1 8:00 - 20:00
  • Terminal 2 8:00 - 20:00
  • Terminal 3 12:00 - 18:00
  • This service is not available during certain hours (13:00-15:00) due to maintenance, etc.
Usage Restrictions

According to the manufacturer's safety regulations, the following passengers are not allowed to use the service.

  • Passengers under 140 cm in height
  • Passengers above 136 kg in weight
  • Passengers with medical equipment (pacemakers, intravenous drips, peritoneal dialysis, oxygen cylinders)
  • Passengers who does not agree to the safety precautions posted at the platform (station) upon using the service
How To Use the Service

Customers can board the stations and select a destination of your choice. (Free of charge)
