Telecommunications Relay Service
The “Telecommunications Relay Service” is universally provided by The Nippon Foundation’s Telecommunications Relay Service, which allows people with hearing or speech difficulties and those who have no hearing difficulties to be instantly connected both ways via telephone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by interpreting “sign language” or “text” and “voice” through the interpreter operator (a dedicated number is required to use this service).
