Participating stores at Haneda Airport are Here
The points you accumulate can be used at participating stores within Haneda Airport, with 100 points representing 100 yen, and can be used when shopping.
*Please note that points are not awarded for purchases made at the in-store dining areas (ticket machines) of "Haneda Sanchokukan" and "Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza," as well as at "HANEDA-YA Gate 7 Store" and KoKuMiN stores located inside the gates of Haneda Airport Terminal 1.

QWhat is the expiration date of HANEDA Points?

HANEDA Points have a validity period of 3 years. They will expire at the end of the month 3 years (36 months) after the month of award. Points awarded within the same month will have the same validity period.


You can check the expiration date (expiry time) of HANEDA Points from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.

QWhat is HANEDA Points allocation rate (return rate)?

HANEDA Points reward rate (return rate) is 2% of the purchase amount. Earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax) spent on purchases of 500 yen or more.


Please note that HANEDA Points are not awarded for ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, or gift certificates.


[HANEDA Shopping]
HANEDA Points reward rate (rebate rate) is 1% (rounded down to the nearest whole number) of the purchase amount (excluding tax) excluding shipping costs. For example, if you spend 1,500 yen, you will earn 15 points.

QWhen will HANEDA Points be awarded?

As a general rule, HANEDA Points awarded for shopping at participating stores will be reflected the day after payment. If you use the in-app post-payment application for HANEDA Points, they will be awarded within seven days (excluding Sundays and holidays.

Points will be awarded approximately two weeks after the product has been shipped.
