About the report concerning the Haneda Airport water interruption case by the Exploratory Committee

We apologize again for the great inconvenience caused to our customers regarding the water outage incident at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 that occurred November 6 2019.

Regarding this matter, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has recently published the "Tokyo International Airport Water Supply Disability Case Report" that summarizes the cause investigation and preventive measures after various investigations and verifications by an external expert in the Review Committee, and at least in the terminal. It has been confirmed that there were no deficiencies in water quality management.

Regardless of the case, our company inspects residual chlorine, taste, smell, etc. every day after establishing a water quality management system based on the Building Hygiene Law and Water Supply Law for all water supply facilities in the terminal. At the same time, we are making every effort to ensure that our customers can use our products with peace of mind, by conducting tasting checks twice before opening in the morning and at 15:00 in the evening.

We will continue to operate the airport terminal with excellent convenience, comfort and functionality under the basic policy of absolute safety and customer-first principle. Thank you for your continued understanding.
