Arrival Procedures (International)
Here you will find information on international arrival procedures and passenger service facilities charges.
T2 (Terminal 2)
1 Quarantine
If you have fallen sick while overseas, please carry out the quarantine procedure. If a health questionnaire was distributed on your flight, fill out the necessary items and submit it to the Quarantine Station.
2 Immigration Control
Please prepare your passport and complete the entry (re-entry) procedure as appropriate depending on your status as a Japanese national/person re-entering Japan/foreign national in line with the instructions received. It is recommended that Japanese nationals use the ePassport gates. A stamp will not be provided, so if you require a stamp please ask an attendant after passing through the gate. Foreign nationals will also need an arrival card. (Please remove your passport cover to display this card.)
3 Baggage Claim
Please collect your check-in luggage at the Baggage Claim Area.
Please check one of the nearby flight information boards to confirm the correct belt number for baggage collection according to your airline and flight number. If your baggage does not appear, or is damaged, please ask one of the airline staff and present your baggage tag.
4 Animal Quarantine/Plant Quarantine
Depending on your country/region of departure, import procedure will be required when bringing any meat, fruits, animals or plants, etc. into Japan after claiming your baggage.
5 Customs Inspection
Please carry your baggage directly to Customs Inspection and present your items for inspection together with a Declaration of Personal Effects.
6 Arrival Lobby
Please check the nearby information display and use whichever transportation option you like.

About the Passenger Service Facilities Charge

- The above fees are inclusive of tax.
- Adult is 12 years old or over, and child is from 2 years old upward but younger than 12 years old.
- Adult charge will apply even for children from 2 years old upward but younger than 12 years old if they are using an adult flight ticket.
- Child charge will apply even for infants younger than 2 years old if they are using a child flight ticket.

- If the airline you have used is not a registered issuer of eligible invoices, you can meet the requirements for an eligible simplified invoice for the Passenger Service Facilities Charge (PSFC) for international flights by saving both the 'Regarding the eligible simplified invoice (simplified invoice) for the International Passenger Service Facilities Charge (PSFC) (this document※)' and documents such as your boarding pass that includes the date of boarding. This allows you to qualify for the input tax deduction on the consumption tax related to the PSFC.
