Services outside the airport
Q01Are there any wheelchair or stroller rental services available for use outside the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not provide wheelchair rental services outside the airport.
Regarding strollers, there is a stroller rental service called "Babycal" located next to the ticket vending machine at the north exit of Tokyo Monorail Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Station. For more information, please see the following website. (It is located within the Tokyo Monorail jurisdiction.)

Use of microwave ovens
Q03Are there any microwaves for heating up baby food?
Microwaves for heating up baby food are installed in some nursing rooms and Baby Nurseries in Terminal 1 and 2, and at Information Counter on the 1st floor of Terminal 3.

About the Kids' Toilet
Q04Are there any kids' toilets or booster seats for children?
They are installed in some nursing rooms and women's restrooms in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Unfortunately, we do not have Terminal 3.

Rental strollers
Q05What types of strollers are available for rental and what age are they suitable for? What is the age range for rental strollers?
There are two types, forward-facing, and rear-facing. The back can be reclined on both types.
It does not recline fully 180 degrees.
The target age ranges are as follows:
- Rear-facing: From two months to four years old (48 months)
- Front-facing: From four months to three years old (36 months)
