It is installed in the Arrival Lobby on the 2nd floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (near the domestic flight transfer check-in counter), and you can work in a private space before boarding or after arrival. The usage fee is 275 yen (tax included) / 15 minutes, and you can use the power supply, USB, dedicated WiFi, etc. If you want to make a reservation in advance, you need to register from the dedicated website (credit card information registration and payment), but if you do not register as a member and you have not made a reservation, you can use electronic money payment. am.
