The long-awaited 2nd store of "Hitoshinaya", a specialty store that focuses on "Hitoshina" supervised by Hiroshi Nagashima, who won the "Contemporary Master Craftsman" award.
All bowls are made from Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the tender, rare parts of Kuroge Wagyu beef are luxuriously placed on top of rice. We offer the popular, sweet and rich Zao eggs over rice.
