Currently, due to a malfunction in the check-in system at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 International Flights) and Terminal 3, some counters are unable to process check-in requests.
We are working on restoring service, but at this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for recovery.
Please note that some airlines allow you to complete check-in procedures using automated check-in machines.
