Today, an issue has occurred in a wide area of toilets at Haneda Airport's Terminal 2, where flushing water is not working properly.
We ask that customers using Terminal 2 please use the toilets in the Keikyu Corporation Station or Tokyo Monorail Station in advance, if possible, or the toilets in Terminal 1 which are not experiencing any problems.
We are currently working on restoring the service. We will keep you updated on the estimated time of restoration.
