Stone milled soba Azumino

Nihachi soba noodles are made using buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and domestic wheat, and are milled on a stone mill at the Kurashina Flour Mill in Nagano Prefecture, resulting in a superior aroma and flavor. We also boast tempura made with wild shrimp, which goes perfectly with the soba noodles. Feel free to enjoy some before you depart.
*The store is located in the departure gate lounge, which is accessible only to boarding passengers.
