Stone milled soba Azumino

Nihachi Soba is made using Hokkaido buckwheat flour and domestic wheat, and is milled using the stone mill method at Kurashina Flour Mill in Nagano Prefecture, and is characterized by its excellent aroma and flavor. We are also proud of our tempura made with natural shrimp, which goes perfectly with soba. Feel free to enjoy it before you leave.
