Going Between Terminals
You can go between terminals using the Free Shuttle Bus, Keikyu Line / Tokyo Monorail, Underground Passageway (T1-T2), and Transit Ramp Bus.

Free Shuttle Bus
The Free Shuttle Bus between terminals runs on the following three routes.
Recently, congestion has been occurring sometimes as a result of traffic restrictions due to renewal construction for Loop Road No. 8 and the Airport Access Road. Please bear this in mind if you are scheduled to depart from the airport.
The service interval is A, Route B every 4 minutes, Route C every 30 minutes.
From January 12 2021 (Tue) to the time being, Route A will operate on a temporary schedule.
In addition, Route B Route C will be suspended for the time being.

Going Between All Terminals - In addition, it operates a Terminal 1 line via Terminal 2 24:40 Terminal 3.

Going Between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 (midnight)

The Bus Stop for buses headed to Terminals 1 and 2 is Bus Stop 0 at the 1st floor of the Passenger Terminal Building.

Keikyu Line / Tokyo Monorail
Transit Boarding Tickets are distributed free of charge to customers moving between terminals to transfer from domestic to international flights, international to domestic flights, or international to international flights. These tickets can be used to travel between Terminals 1 and 3 and Terminals 2 and 3 on the Keikyu Line / Tokyo Monorail.
Transit Boarding Tickets are distributed only to customers transferring from domestic to international flights, international to domestic flights, and international to international flights. (You will be asked to present your passport/flight tickets, etc. as confirmation.)

Distribution of Transit Boarding Tickets

At the Information Counters in each Terminal, Transit Boarding Tickets are distributed free of charge to customers for travel between Terminals 1 and 3 and Terminals 2 and 3 on the Keikyu Line / Tokyo Monorail. Please use these tickets when transferring within Haneda Airport.
- You can use either the Keikyu Line or the Tokyo Monorail.
- Tickets are distributed at Information Counters on the Arrivals floor at Terminal 1 (2 locations), Terminal 2 (4 locations) and Terminal 3 (1 location).
- Tickets are distributed only to customers transferring from domestic to international flights, international to domestic flights, and international to international flights. (You will be asked to present your passport/flight tickets, etc. as confirmation.)
* Some information counters are closed due to the influence of the new coronavirus.
If you would like to use the transit ticket, please come to the following information counter.
Please note that passengers arriving on international flights cannot use public transportation, so distribution has been suspended.
Underground Passageway (T1-T2)
The underground passageway can be used to move between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. This is a moving walkway that is approximately 400 meters long.



Transit Ramp Bus
A Transit Ramp Bus service is available for use with international flight transfers. Buses run approximately every 15 minutes.
- From April 10th, the connecting ramp bus will be suspended for the time being.
