[Notice of Apology] Restroom Flushing System Malfunction in Haneda Airport Terminal 2

A widespread malfunction affecting the flushing systems in multiple restrooms is currently occurring in Haneda Airport Terminal 2.

We kindly ask customers using Terminal 2 to use the restrooms inside the Keikyu Line or Tokyo Monorail stations, or the restrooms in Terminal 1 where no issues have been reported, whenever possible.

Restoration work is in progress, and we will provide updates on the expected recovery as information becomes available.
