Operation changes at some facilities and stores at Haneda Airport

Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, some stores and facilities are temporarily closed or have changed business hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
“At Haneda Airport, we are doing our utmost to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

1. Boarding terminal for international flights
On April 11 2020 (Sat), boarding of international Flights from flights after 0:00 will be consolidated in Terminal 3, and the use of international flight facilities in Terminal 2 will be temporarily suspended.

2. Terminal 2
Some facilities on the south side of Terminal 2 will be temporarily suspended for the time being.

3. Store
Some stores and facilities have temporarily closed or changed their business hours.

Passengers connecting International to Domestic should use the Free Shuttle Bus (bus stop number 0 on the 1st floor), the Keikyu Line, or the monorail.
At the Information Counter, you can get a free transfer ticket for Keikyu/Monorail.
Please present your passport and transit ticket if you wish.

Partially closed. Departing passengers should proceed to the open Security Screening with plenty of time to spare.
